Within 24 hours of listing your home, I will do the following:

• Post your listing on the MLS plus 26 different web sites including an enhanced listing on Realtor.com, the #1 site used by homebuyers to search for homes. Did you know 86% of home buyers search the internet first!  My listings are on all the top Realtor website locations!

• Place display ads in the Bucks County Town and Living, Bucks County Intelligencer, Bucks County Courier Times and the Philadelphia Inquirer.

• Schedule open houses that are convenient for your schedule so that we can start to create a buzz in the neighborhood.

• Mail out 1,000 "Just Listed" postcards to key market areas. Most new homebuyers move within 8 miles of their existing residence. I'll target these cards to the areas that will be the perfect match for a "Move up" buyer.

• I will host a catered lunch at your home for area Realtors and Brokers so that they can see first hand how beautiful your home is and can then fan the information out to their potential buyers.

• I will place the For Sale sign and directional signs on your lawn and a lock box (if you want it) on the door so we can start receiving buyers as soon as you’re ready.

• I will notify Prudential Relocation Resources about the availability of your home. We work with RELO, the nation’s largest broker-owned real estate network to expose your home to buyers relocating to the area.

• Your home will be listed and reviewed at Prudential office meetings and caravans - with a team of over 18,000 realtors, that's a huge promotion!

• I'll handle buyer’s mortgage commitment, Inspections and Follow Up, Agreement of Sale presentation, closing and settlement so that you can get ready for the Move!
